Lemlò is a designer clothing reseller with three boutiques in the heart of Rome, specialized in the selection of clothes and accessories of the best italian and international brands. It does not directly make the items, but carefully chooses every brand, every collection and every fabric, giving its clients an exclusive purchase experience, that combines luxury, elegance and research.
Lemlò's boutiques are synonyms with attention to detail, impeccable service and sofisticated selection. Every environment shows a precise style, thought for a clientele that looks for beauty, rarity and authenticness.
Bringing Lemlò's experience online was not only about selling. It meant representing a world of taste, selection and quality, digitally giving back all the sensations that clients feel stepping in their roman boutiques.
The goal was building an e-commerce capable of conveying the perceived value of the clothes, despite not being their manufacturer. We had to fully display the quality of the offer, the strenght of the Lemlò brand as a curator, and making the purchase easier without giving up on the elegance of the interface. In summary: transforming the digital space in a new boutique.
We designed a custom e-commerce, in which design and technology work together to value Lemlò's identity. The interface is minimal, refined and focused on the product: neutral colors, wide spaces, immersive pictures and essential scripts. Each interaction is fluid, curated and designed to showcase the beauty of the clothes.
The platform is extremely fast, mobile-first and integrated with internal flows to help with the management of availabilities, orders and shipments. The user can live in a frictionless shopping experience, that mirrors the high level of service offered in the boutiques.
From a technical standpoint, we built a solid base for future developments: from customized marketing to the integration of loyalty tools, CRM and behavioural analysis. Each element has been designed to help Lemlò grow online, while maintaining brand consistency.
